Woolshed Falls

Post by basil2 » Fri May 10, 2013 7:16 pm

Cocoparra National Park near Griffith, NSW has amongst its features a number of dry creek beds that flow very rarely in times of heavier rain. This is a view taken at the top of Woolshed "falls" in early morning light. 27 images using a tripod with simple pan head. The tree in the foreground presented some interesting parallax problems which hopefully I've been able to hide. The lens used was a Nikon 16-85mm set at 16mm.

The following pan shows a scene at the head of Store Creek in Cocoparra National Park:

The last shows Falcon Falls, named after Peregrine Falcon nests found in the vicinity in the late afternoon.
