Arches National Park

Post by Jim Zuccaro » Sat Jun 01, 2013 1:02 am

After Max's panos from Arches NP, and his thoughts about photographic cliches, and about photographic composition, I'll add my thought and a few pictures.

I went to Arches NP, for the first time, last year. By ignorance I avoided committing photographic cliches. I had no idea where to go to.

I like these pictures, but they weren't intentional or planed...

Hi Jim,
I really like the first and third. In the first, the clouds and moon position draw the eye upward, creating a sense of scale. In the third, I enjoy the mirroring of the sun and shadow, with the nice horizontal S across the image.
Nice captures! Darcy
