FOV for cropped input images

Post by stic » Wed Jun 03, 2015 8:28 am

My input images are cropped to different amounts in the x and y directions and also differs across all the images, so I would expect the FOV automatically extracted by PTAssembler would not be correct. How could I compute FOV for each of the cropped input images?

Also, beyond the FOV (which should be "unlinked"), are there other special considerations such as unlinking all the lens parameters a,b,c,d,e,g,t? Thanks!
